(FROM OWNER) My first husbands parents had gone to the International Little League Baseball Congress back in March of 1961. Mr. James Reddick (my first husbands father) was the President of the Lowell Little League Auxiliary. His mother was an umpire. When they had attended the Congress they had gotten the baseball autographed by the entertainers, etc. to bring back to their son who was playing Little League then.
