1980 “Miracle On Ice” Team USA Olympic Team-Signed Hockey Stick JSA COA

It’s regarded as one of the greatest underdog stories in the history of sports: the United States Men’s National Hockey Team entering the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid, NY, comprised of amateur players from across the country. What would happen in the tournament was nothing short of miraculous, as the underdogs defeated the heavily favored Soviet Union in the medal round to send the United States to the gold medal game against Finland, who they would defeat to win the gold medal. Presented is an ITech goalie hockey stick signed by 20 members of the 1980 “Miracle on Ice” United States Olympic Hockey team.
