Offered here is a gray New York Yankees 2000 All-Star Game road jersey signed by Derek Jeter. “The Captain” spent his entire career with the Yankees and collected a large number of accolades while he was at it, including five World Series rings, 3,465 hits, and 14 All-Star game selections. His legendary career led to his enshrinement into the MLB Hall of Fame in 2020, just one vote shy of earning a unanimous selection. This jersey has “NEW YORK” sewn on the front in navy-on-white tackle twill and Jeters number 2 sewn on the back. The Russell Athletic/Diamond Collection size “52” tag is sewn on the front left tail. The right sleeve has the 2000 All-Star Game patch sewn on. Jeter has signed the front of the jersey in black felt tip marker, adding the inscription “2000 All Star MVP.” The limited-edition piece is serial-numbered “7/500.” It comes with an LOA from JSA (XX39746) for the signature and inscription.
